Types of direct connection to the Non-collapsible steering main shaft is connecteddirectly to the sector shaft.
B. JENIS UNIVERSAL JOINT & SPLIN This type of universal joints & spline on Non collapsible steering main shaft isconnected to the steering gear box through a spline (which can move back andforthlengthwise) and universal joints (universal joints / free to move all directions).
C. UNIVERSAL JOINT Type universal joints on this typeof non-collapsible steering main shaft connectedtothe steering gear box through universal joints (universal joints / free to move all directions).
D. FLEXIBLE JOINT
Type flexible joint on this steeringmain Non collapsible steering shaft connectedto thegear box through a flexible joint (flexible connection) that serves also as a vibrationdamper.

Tipe collapsible is divided into 3 types , namely

A. MESH TYPE
Column structured mesh and divided into two main shafts, top and bottom which are connected with plastic pins, the column bracket mounted capsule. In the event of a collision, the steering gear box under pressure, then the main shaft of his column willcollapse, so the driver avoid a collision when the steering wheel and driver's body hit the steering wheel column, the cap-sule bracket will be released and the main shaftand its column pressed down.
B. BALL TYPE
Column was composed of two parts, top and bottom which are connected with the mediation of ball bearings.
Main shaft consists of thetopand bottom which areconnected with plastic pins.
When the vehicle got a loud crash and the steering gearbox under pressure, then the column and its main shaft will shrink and manpower-gapress willbe absorbed bythe ball bearings in pairs between the lower tube and uppertube, so the driver avoid a hazard .
C. SOLID SILICONE RUBBER SEALED TYPE
This type is its main shaft consists of the top and bottom are connected with a plasticpin, and inside the main shaft filled with silicon rubber and mounted on castersbracketnya wedge. When the steering wheel gets a strong impact, then the bracket willplay the shaft to collapse and shrink, resulting silicone rubber would be flourdantersembur out through the orifice hole on the main steering yoke, shaking on the steering wheel will be absorbed.
